  • Acquired Trust Company of Connecticut in July 2005;
  • Acquired Cornerstone Bank (Cornerstone Bancorp, Inc.) in January 2006;
  • Acquired Westbank Corporation in January 2007;
  • Acquired Connecticut Investment Management, Inc. in March 2007.
Our Company:

NewAlliance Bancshares, Inc. formed in 2003; IPO and listed on NASDAQ April 1, 2004; listed on NYSE on December 14, 2004 under the symbol "NAL";
