Gail E.D. Brathwaite, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of both the Bank and the Holding Company, joined NewAlliance's predecessor, New Haven Savings Bank in March 2002. Previously, Ms. Brathwaite was Senior Vice President, Director of Branch Administration, Compliance and Loss Control for the Consumer Financial Services Division of Dime Savings Bank of New York. Ms. Brathwaite is a member of the Unisys Financial Services Board of Advisors and a former member of the SBC Board of Advisors.
