You are billed on a monthly basis depending on your level of service. When the monthly bill arrives you will receive an e-mail alert just like with your other bills (this bill does not count as one of your payees).

Active Payees:
You are able to maintain as many payees within the system as outlined in the table above. Unlimited means you can have as many payees per month as you want.

Additional Payees/Month:
You are allowed additional active payees per month as outlined in the table above. There will be an extra charge for each additional active payee ($0.35) over the limit for all applicable service plans.

E-mail Alerts:
E-mail Alerts are customer communications sent by e-mail that inform you of specific billing events, consisting of the following notifications:
  • Receipt of a bill
  • Prior to payment due date
  • After payment has been made
  • When an expected bill has not been received*
*For Total Bill Management Plans only. You can choose to turn each of these notifications on or off for each payee. You will also receive weekly reminders for your upcoming payments.

Automatic and Recurring Payments:
You can pre-authorize payments to specific payees using these two features: Apply the Automatic Payment feature to any payee for which you receive a bill. With automatic payments, you can establish rules that determine when and how much to pay a specific payee. For example, you can set up a rule that specifies: "If my utility bill is less than $500, pay the full amount; otherwise, pay $500". Use the Recurring Payment feature for those bills that are paid on a regular schedule and are the same amount each time (e.g., car loan or mortgage).
