- You must first contact the bank to first modify your account to receive check images instead of cancelled checks.

Follow the enrollment steps below on or after the first day of your next statement cycle. Please request this date from the branch or our Customer Contact Center.

e-Statement Enrollment Process:
You must be enrolled in Online Banking!
Step 1:
- Go to www.newalliancebank.com home page – If you are already an Online Banking customer login, if not enroll today
- Click on the eStatements Tab and follow the instructions for a new enrollment
- Enter your account information
SPECIAL NOTE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS: Have a copy of your statement in front of you and enter the business name as it appears on your statement when prompted for the Last Name on the account. And, the Tax Identification Number must be typed in the same format as a Social Security Number (xxx-xx-xxxx).
- Enter data to create your login:
- User Name – minimum 3 characters maximum 20, letters and numbers only, case sensitive
- Password – minimum 6 characters maximum 20, letters and numbers only, case sensitive
- Click Submit
Step 2:
- You should receive an email almost immediately after submitting your user ID and password. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours it may have been incorrectly identified as SPAM. Please check your email filters to retrieve it, otherwise call our Contact Center at 1-800-892-2096.
- Click on link in the email and Login to review/agree to the e-Statement disclosure
- This confirmation must occur in order to complete your enrollment process
Receiving and Viewing your Monthly e-Statement:
- When the monthly statement is ready you will receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready for viewing.
- You may Click on the Link in the email or go to www.newalliancebank.com and Login to Online Banking
- Click on the eStatements Tab
- Login
- Click on View to retrieve your statement
